Service Description

Weekly classes at the Mama Blossom studio run with up to just four mums per class. Perfect as a pay as you go weekly class. These classes run weekly on a Monday 9.30am to 10.30am Pregnancy Yoga classes are weekly classes where no two classes are the same over a 12 week rolling schedule. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy these 1.5hr classes are for pregnant mums only and incorporate pregnancy yoga, breathing techniques, education, relaxation and time to talk to other pregnant mums in a relaxing small class setting. Classes are perfect to help achieve a positive birth, whatever your birthing journey and nourish the body and mind to give benefits to mum and baby. Classes are perfect for 1st, 2nd , 3rd, 4th ….time mums. Classes are designed each week to give the mind, body and baby all they need to prepare for labour. Helping the body keep energised, ease pregnancy ailments (SPD, swelling, heartburn, tension, encourage blood flow, release stress, remove restriction, create space and flexibility in the pelvis and more…. Classes sizes are small, for just 4 pregnant mums only.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations Mama Blossom is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. They are not obliged to guarantee an alternative class for missed lessons (unless this is due to them cancelling class). For a pregnancy class, if mum has baby early or during a course a pro rata refund will be given or credited towards baby classes if they run locally. In the unfortunate event you should suffer a miscarriage when attending a pregnancy class, please inform Mama Blossom and we will arrange a FULL refund.
