Mama Blossom Baby Classes
Blossom Baby Massage & Yoga – 1hr 15

Suitable from newborn to 5 months old these gentle classes are the perfect first class for mum and baby as they go through the 4th trimester together.
Classes involve baby massage and baby yoga movements to help them slowly uncurl, alongside pelvic floor exercises, gentle postnatal movements and relaxation. Classes are integrated with rhythm and rhyme to give an all round experience for mum and baby together.
Classes run in 6 week blocks but you can join at any point (please get in touch) if you wish. Class sizes are kept small so mums can get to know each other if they wish. These nurturing classes are very relaxed and friendly to adapt to mum and baby’s needs and is the perfect first class for mum and baby.
Mum & Baby Yoga classes are then the perfect class to follow on from this once little ones are becoming too wriggly!
Mum & Baby Yoga

Suitable from around 3 months to 2 Years Old.
Baby Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Relaxation.
Classes involve baby yoga alongside rhythm, rhyme, postnatal yoga for mum and relaxation.
Baby yoga strengthens and aids digestion, improves sleep, enhances interaction and gives a balance of activity and relaxation.
Postnatal movements help regain strength, maintain posture, tone abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, nurtures yourself whilst being with your baby and recharge through relaxation.
Movements for mum and baby working together that can be done as part of a home practice too.
This class is suitable if it is your first experience of yoga or you are just wishing to return to yoga again with your little one.
Class sizes are small so if mums wish they can get to know each other and find the support network they need.
Dads and carers are also welcome to bring baby to these classes too!
