Service Description

This 5 week block of classes will run 11.30am to 12.30pm on Tuesdays from 4th June to 9th July A class for mum and baby to enjoy together from newborn to 5 months. Classes include baby massage, yoga, gentle movement and relaxation. Creating a safe haven in which trust can be nourished, a strong bond established, working with babies in positive and responsive ways. This is achieved through loving touch, gentle exercises and relaxation. Small class sizes, hot drinks and biscuits provided, time to chat and make friends, helping you to meet the challenges of becoming a new parent. You will be supported physically and emotionally in the weeks after the birth of your little one, helping you to gain strength and confidence. These classes are for mum and baby. Mum & Baby Yoga classes are then the perfect class to follow on from this once little ones are becoming too wriggly! Classes are a relaxed and supportive group for new parents in which we use yoga-based practices and baby massage to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and offer bonding opportunities to both the parent and baby for the wellbeing of the pair Please refer to T & C's

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations Mama Blossom is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. They are not obliged to guarantee an alternative class for missed lessons (unless this is due to them cancelling class). For a pregnancy class, if mum has baby early or during a course a pro rata refund will be given or credited towards baby classes if they run locally. In the unfortunate event you should suffer a miscarriage when attending a pregnancy class, please inform Mama Blossom and we will arrange a FULL refund.
