Massage has many benefits during pregnancy. It is especially important to have time for mum to be, to relax during this time. It promotes relaxation, relieves tired muscles as your body grows and changes to accommodate baby and hydrates the skin. It can help to reduce ankle and feet swelling. Help to relieve headaches, neck back and joint pains, and reduce nerve pain too. Also Lower blood pressure. Massage can help both mum and baby. It can reduce anxiety and create a sense of well-being. Also help improve sleep. It is an excellent way to thoroughly relax and unwind. Available from 12 weeks right up until birth. Please ensure adequate parking facilities are available directly outside or close by so that Heather can carry equipment into the property with ease. If there are parking charges, please advise as this will need to be added to your treatment cost. Please note you will receive a Booking/consultation form by email after booking online. Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations Mama Blossom is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. They are not obliged to guarantee an alternative class for missed lessons (unless this is due to them cancelling class). For a pregnancy class, if mum has baby early or during a course a pro rata refund will be given or credited towards baby classes if they run locally. In the unfortunate event you should suffer a miscarriage when attending a pregnancy class, please inform Mama Blossom and we will arrange a FULL refund.
