Full body treatment massage - 1hr - available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (if looking for another day, please get in touch) Welcome to come with or without baby. Each massage is tailored to your needs. A gentle and relaxing massage using swedish massage techniques, helping to stimulate recovery, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, promote circulation and reduce aches and pains. Perfect treatment for a new mum to have some time to relax with or without baby Suitable from 2 weeks following vaginal birth and 6 weeks following caesarean.
