Service Description

This 7 week block of classes will run 10-11am on Wednesdays from 10th January to 14th February Suitable for babies from 3 months to crawling/ walking Classes involve baby yoga alongside rhythm, rhyme, postnatal yoga for mum and relaxation. Baby yoga strengthens and aids digestion, improves sleep, enhances interaction and gives a balance of activity and relaxation. Postnatal movements help regain strength, maintain posture, tone abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, nurtures yourself whilst being with your baby and recharge through relaxation. This class is suitable if it is your first experience of yoga or you are just wishing to return to yoga again with your little one. Class sizes are small so if mums wish they can get to know each other and find the support network they need. Dads and carers are also welcome to bring baby to these classes too!

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations Mama Blossom is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course. They are not obliged to guarantee an alternative class for missed lessons (unless this is due to them cancelling class). For a pregnancy class, if mum has baby early or during a course a pro rata refund will be given or credited towards baby classes if they run locally. In the unfortunate event you should suffer a miscarriage when attending a pregnancy class, please inform Mama Blossom and we will arrange a FULL refund.
